At Details Madder, we take pride in delivering top-quality car detailing services and ensuring that every vehicle receives exceptional care and attention to detail. Because our services are personalized and performed by hand, all sales are final once the service has been completed.
1. No Refunds After Service Completion
Once a detailing service has been completed, we do not offer refunds, partial refunds, or chargebacks for any reason. Detailing results can vary depending on the condition, age, and maintenance of each vehicle, and our technicians always perform the best possible service based on the car’s condition.
2. Service Satisfaction
Your satisfaction matters to us. If you have any concerns about the results of your detail, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment. We’ll gladly inspect the vehicle and, if necessary, offer a touch-up or correction to address any reasonable concerns.
3. Deposits and Cancellations

Deposits (if required) are non-refundable but may be applied to a rescheduled appointment if you provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

Cancellations or missed appointments without notice may result in forfeiture of your deposit or a service fee.
4. Exceptions
Refunds may only be considered if:
